They will be tasked with delivering meals from select cafés and restaurants to Expo City’s central office hub at Al Wasl Plaza. This pioneering service will cater exclusively to the building’s occupants during the pilot phase.

People can place their food orders through the Expo City Eats app, which links users with four participating restaurants. Yango’s robots will deliver the orders directly to a designated point within the office building.
The pilot program is expected to expand once it proves successful, with future plans to include more restaurants and deliver to a wider range of Expo City residents and commercial tenants. This initiative is a crucial step toward developing an efficient and sustainable food delivery ecosystem powered by autonomous vehicles.
