Midnight is a eVTOL aircraft, meaning it can take off and land vertically, like a helicopter. It can carry four passengers and a pilot, making it ideal for quick, short-distance flights within cities like Abu Dhabi.

Up to 650 aircraft may be produced annually at this factory, with ambitions to eventually raise that number to 2,400. Electric Air Taxi Manufacturing Could Come to the UAE
Archer Aviation is also exploring the possibility of manufacturing electric air taxis in the UAE. The company has signed a framework agreement with the Abu Dhabi Investment Office.
