ORA Developers has announced a new major coastal community project in Ghantoot. Bayn is an ingenious development that proposes to provide the perfect combination of vitality of the urban environment combined with the stillness of the beach. Inspired Natural Elements-Bayn Design
This new community employs design principles based on the natural elements of its site. An initial analysis indicates that the land would have been shaped by ancient river channels. The master plan is informed by this insight, with water as a primary element of the design being reintroduced.
Bayn will also feature over 7km of living on the water, connected to the waterfront. It will feature 9,000 housing units, such as mansions, villas, townhouses, and apartments. It will feature—a marina, a beach town, a business park and countless promenades, all designed to bring an uninterrupted flow of land seascape.
More than 55% of spaces will be open across the whole development. And more than one million square meters of public parks, landscaping trails and outdoor activity areas with gyms, padel courts, barbecue & children play areas.

Stress on Bayn Sustainable Practices at Bayn
This is coastal development designed with a focus on responsible development, with solutions that are smart and sustainable integrated into each step of the process. Integration of solar power systems intends to minimize reliance on traditional energy sources. Indigenous landscaping is used to improve the environment as well as conserving water.
